Won't I lose control if the books are done by an outside service?

No. You actually have more control since you will have accurate, up-to-date financial statements at your fingertips via Smart Vault. You’ll have more time and money to plan instead of just reacting to business events.

How do I access my data?

We use Smart Vault or you can come to the office and pick scanned documents back up for further utilization.

Do you have other locations?

We are expanding and growing, but most of what we do is already virtual and online! We can work for you from anywhere! Our home office is located in Joplin, MO, this is where all the hands-on work gets completed! Zoom, call, email, or come on in and let us AMAZE you!

What Systems do we use?

QuickBooks, Zoom, Splashtop, SmartVault!

What is the difference between accounts payable and accounts receivable?

AP- the amount a company owes bc it purchased goods or services on credit from a vendor or supplier. AP- are liabilities.

2. Enter your SSN

3 Enter your filing status (Single, Married, Filing Separate, etc.)

4 Enter the amount of your Federal refund.
